  • Step 1: Make sure you are logged in to your Mac computer as an administrator.
  • Step 2: Close all the applications running on your Mac, including Outlook.
  • Step 3: Go to Applications, select Microsoft Office. Choose Office and click on Microsoft Database Utility.
  • Step 4: You can also open the Microsoft Database Utility by holding the Command Key and clicking the Outlook icon located in the Dock.
  • Step 5: Now, when the database utility window is launched, select the database and click Rebuild.
  • Step 6: When the rebuild process is completed, a confirmation message will be displayed. Now, click Done.
