How To Configure Grande Email Settings?

Grande e-mail lets you send, receive, and check any e-mail messages over any web browsers. The POP3 protocol is used as the Incoming Mail Server and SMTP is used as the Outgoing Mail Server. The Grande Email settings are discussed below.

Incoming Server Details:

  • Step 1:Server Protocol type: POP3
  • Step 2:Server address: mail.grandecom.net
  • Step 3:Port number: 995
  • Step 4:Security type: SSL

Outgoing Server Details:

  • Step 1:Server Protocol: SMTP
  • Step 2:Server address: mail.grandecom.net
  • Step 3:Port number: 465
  • Step 4:Sign-in: Required

Grande email Settings For iPhone:

  • Step 1:On your iPhone device, open the Settings application.
  • Step 2:Tap the Passwords & Accounts option followed by Add Account.
  • Step 3:Select the Add mail Account option.
  • Step 4:Enter your Grande e-mail account’s name, e-mail, and password in the given fields.
  • Step 5:If required, fill the description field.
  • Step 6:Under the Incoming Mail Server section, select the POP3 option.
  • Step 7:Similarly, select the SMTP option as the outgoing mail server address.
  • Step 8:Make sure to enter the POP3 and SMTP information correctly when prompted.
  • Step 9:After completing the Grande e-mail account setup process, restart your iPhone.
  • Step 10:Note: The restart process should be performed to activate the settings of the e-mail account.

Grande Email Settings For Account On Android:

  • Step 1:Launch the e-mail application on your Android device.
  • Step 2:Tap the Add a New account option followed by Other.
  • Step 3:Enter your Grande e-mail account’s e-mail address and password in the given fields when prompted.
  • Step 4:Tap the Login button.
  • Step 5:Select the POP3 option.
  • Step 6:Enter the incoming server’s address, port number, and security type in the given fields.
  • Step 7:Tap the Next button.
  • Step 8:In the next window, enter the SMTP settings.
  • Step 9:Enter the SMTP server details correctly in the given fields and tap the Login button.
  • Step 10:Follow the prompts and complete the setup process.
  • Step 11:Once you complete the account setup process, your account will be ready to use.
