  • Step 8: If necessary, select the checkbox next to the Always download full message and internet images option. In case you wish to read only the text in your email, deselect this checkbox. (You can do it if your internet connection is slow).
  • Step 9: From the drop-down menu provided for the Download email from option, choose which period emails you wish to download from the email server onto your Mail Client.
  • Step 10: As you make changes to this setting, you can see that your Mailbox immediately downloads the emails from your email server onto your Mail App. This will be done for the particular period that you have mentioned.
  • Step 11: Next, you will find the Server field, and beneath that, you can find your mail server address. You have the facility of configuring it if you are using any special configurations.
  • Step 12: Now, apply all the changes you have made.
  • Step 13: Try sending an email to this address from another email id. You will see that your email immediately gets sent to your Inbox. You can watch it arrive in the Inbox.
