Step 1: To begin with, launch the Outlook app by double-clicking its shortcut icon on the desktop.

Step 14: Jump to the Advanced tab and select the SSL option from both the Use the following type of encrypted connection drop-down menus.
Step 15: Enter the incoming server port number and outgoing server port number in the required boxes and click OK.
Step 16: Click on Test Account Settings on the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen to verify the configured settings.
Step 17: After completing the verification, click Next and select Finish.
