  • Step 3: Once the page opens, click the Preferences tab and select Accounts from the left panel.
  • Step 4: A list of external accounts would appear under Accounts. Select your account and check the Account type, Email server, Password, and Advanced Settings in the External Account settings panel.
  • Step 5: If you are using the account on an email client application like Outlook or Thunderbird, open the Account settings and make sure the server settings are correct. This will resolve Hughesnet email problems.

Block Ads On The Webmail

  • Step 1: Hughesnet email account pages are flooded with advertisements, which cover up most of the window. So use the Adblocker or other reliable ad-blocking programs to block all the advertisements.
  • Step 2: If you are using Adblocker Plus on Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, open the Adblocker Plus Settings in the browser and disable the checkbox near Allow some non-intrusive advertising.

Remove And Add The Account

  • Step 1: If you are still unable to access the emails in your email account, open the email client and log in to the account.
  • Step 2: Go to the Preferences > Accounts, click the account, and select Delete.
  • Step 3: Close the window, then relaunch it later. Now, add to the email client again. Hopefully your Hughesnet email problems are resolved.
