Solution 1: Clear Browser Caches And Delete Cookies

  • Step 1:If you are using a Chrome browser, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon (three vertical dots) available at the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2:Select the Settings option from the drop-down list.
  • Step 3:In the Settings window, click the Advanced tab available at the bottom of the screen.

Solution 2: Change Your DNS Servers

  • Step 1:On your browser, open your router’s administrative interface.
  • Step 2:Navigate to the WAN settings and select the DNS server option.
  • Step 3:Disable the Connect to DNS Server Automatically option and enter a public DNS address in the DNS server field.
  • Step 4:Enter an alternate DNS server on the second DNS server field.
  • Step 5:Click on Apply or Save to save the configured settings.
  • Step 6:To change the DNS servers on your Windows computer, open the Control Panel first.
  • Step 7:Next, navigate to Network and Sharing Center.
  • Step 8:Click on Change the adapter settings and open the Properties window.
  • Step 9:In the Properties window, change the DNS servers.
