Step 4: In the Incoming e-mail field, enter pop.mpls.qwest.net
Step 5: In the Incoming port field, type 110.
Step 6: In the Outgoing e-mail field, enter smtp.mpls.qwest.net
Step 7: In the Outgoing port field, type 25.

Login Information Settings:

Step 1: E-Mail: Enter your Qwest email address.
Step 2: Password: Enter your Qwest email password.
Step 3: Login with security: none
Step 4: Next, click Test Account Settings.
Step 5: Click on the Next button.
Step 6: Finally, click on the Finish button.
