Why My Webmail Is Not Working?

Step 1 - Restarting Your Device

  • Step 1: Windows - If your Webmail is not working go to the Windows Start menu, click the Power icon, and choose the Restart option to fix.
  • Step 2: Mac - Navigate to the Apple menu and select the Restart option.

Step 2 - Internet Connection

  • Step 1: Launch your web browser and enter google.com in the address bar.
  • Step 2: Type something in the search column and click Google Search to check if your computer has access to an active internet connection.
  • Step 3: If the search results load properly, it indicates that there is no internet connection problem.

Step 3 - Web Browser Cache And Cookies

  • Step 1: Google Chrome - Navigate to Menu, click More tools -> Clear browsing data, and choose All time from the Time range drop-down menu.
  • Step 2: Select Browsing history -> Cookies and other site data -> Cached images and files. Click Clear data, if still Webmail is not working .
  • Step 3: Safari - Access the Safari menu and select the Clear History optiont,.
  • Step 4: Choose the All history option from the Clear drop-down menu and click the Clear History option.
  • Step 5: Mozilla Firefox - Tap the hamburger icon, select the Library option, and click the History option followed by the Clear Recent History option.
  • Step 6: Choose the Everything option from the ‘Time range to clear’ drop-down menu.
  • Step 7: Navigate to the History section, select the checkbox next to all the options, and click the Clear Now button.
  • Step 8: Opera - Go to Menu and select the History option followed by the Clear browsing data option.
  • Step 9: Navigate to the Time range drop-down menu and select All time.
  • Step 10: Checkmark the box beside the Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files options and then click Clear data.
  • Step 11: Microsoft Edge - Click the three-dot icon and select History.
  • Step 12: Click the Clear history link, select the following options, and click the Clear button.
  • Step 13: Browsing history
  • Step 14: Cookies and saved website data
  • Step 15: Cached data and files
  • Step 16: Tabs I’ve set aside or recently closed
