Update Incoming & Outgoing Server Password

  • Sign in to your Zoho Mail account.
  • Click on the Settings (gear icon) option.
  • Choose the Mail Accounts option followed by Add POP3 Account.
  • Choose the POP account in which you want to change the password and click the Settings icon below it.
  • In the Password field, type your POP account's new password and click Save.
  • Similarly, you have to,str update your account and SMTP server password.
  • From your account's main screen, click the Settings icon.
  • Select the Send Mail As option and click the Edit icon beside it.
  • Choose the email account to change the password.
  • Enter a new password for your account in the given field and click Save.
