Incoming Server Settings - IMAP

For personal accounts with an email address (username@zoho.com)

  • Step 1: IMAP server address: imap.zoho.in
  • Step 2: Port: 993
  • Step 3: SSL: Yes, required
  • Step 4: Username: username@zoho.com

For organization accounts with a domain-based email address (you@yourdomain.com)

  • Step 1: IMAP server address: imappro.zoho.in
  • Step 2: Port: 993
  • Step 3: SSL: Yes, required
  • Step 4: Username: you@yourdomain.com

SMTP Server settings

For Personal Accounts

  • Step 1: SMTP server name: smtp.zoho.in
  • Step 2: Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
  • Step 3: Authentication: Yes, required

For Organization Accounts

  • Step 1: SMTP server name: smtppro.zoho.in
  • Step 2: Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
  • Step 3: Authentication: Yes, required

Enabled IMAP Access For Zoho Mail Account

  • Step 1: Sign in to your Zoho Mail account.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the Settings section.
  • Step 3: Select the Mail Accounts option followed by Configure IMAP.
  • Step 4: Go to the IMAP section.
  • Step 5: Enable the IMAP Access option by clicking the checkbox beside it.
  • Step 6: Now, using the IMAP settings of your Zoho Mail account, configure the Auto-Expunge and Folder View Settings correctly.

Auto-Expunge Option

Check: If you don’t want to save your emails in the Zoho Mail server after deleting or moving emails in the IMAP client, then enable the Expunge option. Uncheck: Keeps all the emails unless they are manually expunged. To view the IMAP settings of your Zoho Mail account, follow the below instructions.

  • Step 1: Go to the Settings section of your Zoho Mail account.
  • Step 2: Select Mail Accounts > IMAP Access.
  • Step 3: Click the Launch folder settings now option in the IMAP Access section.
  • Step 4: Now, your Zoho Mail account’s IMAP settings will be displayed on the screen.
