For organization accounts with email address (you@yourdomain.com)

  • POP server name: poppro.zoho.in
  • Port: 995
  • SSL: Yes, required
  • Username: you@yourdomain.com

SMTP Settings

  • Server address: smtp.zoho.in
  • Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
  • Authentication: Yes, required

Username and password: Your Zoho Mail account email address and password

Enable POP Access On Zoho Mail Account

  • Step 1:Sign in to your Zoho Mail account.
  • Step 2:Click the Settings icon. 
  • Step 3:Go to the Mail Accounts section.
  • Step 4:Select the POP Access option.
  • Step 5:Based on your desire, select the All Emails or Emails that arrive from now option.

Configuring POP Delete Settings

  • Step 1: You can enable or disable the auto-delete option if you wish to delete the emails periodically from the POP queue. To use the Auto-delete emails option, follow the below instructions.
  • Step 2: Go to your Zoho Mail account’s Settings section.
  • Step 3: Select Mail Accounts > POP Access.
  • Step 4: Make sure that the POP Access option is enabled.
  • Step 5: Select the POP Delete settings option.
